Built by people who have run the bar, not just hired one out

Twenty-five years in Cardiff hospitality. Starting as a bar back, then running some of the city’s busiest and best-known cocktail venues — the kind of rooms where four hundred people arrive at once and everything has to work.

Experience includes work with Cardiff Rugby, Glamorgan Cricket, DEPOT Live and events at the Principality Stadium.

CardiffCocktailCo exists because of a gap that became obvious after years of watching events from behind the taps. Plenty of companies will drop a bar at your venue. Very few bring someone who has spent a career learning how an evening actually flows — when to open, when to push, when to slow down so the speeches land.
